What is the busiest room in the house? Of course we all know the answer; it’s the kitchen!, I might argue that the bathroom is the second busiest room in the house. It is a room that can can be easily ignored when it comes to storage solutions but there is a lot of potential for organisation. Having a clutter free bathroom will make everyday life easier.

In today’s post I am sharing my 3 essential storage solutions for small bathrooms.

1. Vertical storage - vertical storage is always ideal for small bathrooms because whilst you might be limited on floor space using your walls will ensure you maximise every inch of the space you have. Investing in a shelving unit whether it’s open or closed, is fantastic as it allows you to store a variety of things e.g. beauty products, towels, baskets etc.

2. Shower baskets - In smaller bathrooms it can be a struggle finding where to store your day to day bath/shower products this is why shower baskets are handy as they help to keep all ‘go to’ shower products organised. Remember everything needs to have a home that’s how you keep on top of the system.

3. Mirrored cabinets - I highly recommend a mirrored cabinet remember we are focusing on small bathrooms today, and as we know mirrors are great for small spaces as they brighten up a room and give the illusion of space. That way you have the best of both world the extra storage aspect plus your room looks more spacious.

I have found the above solutions to be helpful for me at home and hopefully they will be helpful to you too . Imagine you wake up in the morning and you know where everything is!
