INTERIOR DESIGN TRENDS 2023 (how to use these 3 trends in your home)
Happy new year to you all , I hope you had the most joyous festive period. I thought the perfect way to start 2023 would be by looking at the interior design trends for the year ahead; we all know that trends come and go so do incorporate styles that work for you and your style, my biggest motto is “your space should reflect who you are!”
Statement Walls/Textured Walls - This trend is not slowing down and it’s one I incorporated in some projects last year. Walls will be standing out for all the right reasons whether through slatted wall panelling, dado rails or media walls.

2. Organic & cosy materials - with sustainability becoming a necessity, it’s important to reflect this in our homes, styling our homes with vases, candles & decorative accessories in ceramics or bamboo will ensure we are doing our part for the environment.

Eco friendly Homeware e.g. bamboo mirrors, ceramic vases
3. Biophilia - biophilia is described as “incorporating nature into spaces to contribute to health and well being”, it is really bringing the outdoors inside, from natural light to natural fabrics and textures running through the home. It is what the Japandi design style is all about.
How can I embrace this trend ?

Lighter window dressings to let the natural light in
